How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery typically takes 7 to 13 business days. This consists of a 1–4 business day handling period to prepare your order, followed by a 6–9 business day transit period with our Australian carriers.
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
You can request a cancellation by emailing us at info@shulmu.com. Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our standard return process.
When will I get my refund after returning a product?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your original payment method you used at our checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always 100% FREE on all orders across Australia. There is no minimum spend required and no hidden delivery surcharges at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
What is your Return and Refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
